2018 Awards Dinner Information
With the racing season now complete, we do still have one event remaining, our Annual Awards Dinner on Saturday 17th November, once again being held at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh. Tickets for which are priced at £80 and preferential room rate can be found here.
A message from the Sheraton regarding pre-ordering drinks.
Dear guest,
I understand that you are attending the Scottish Motor Racing event on November 17th at The Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa in Edinburgh.
In order to ensure that there is no delay to your guests on the evening, please return the completed form by October 22nd, 3PM to the following email address 00474.events@sheraton.com by the deadline.
Any orders received after this time unfortunately cannot be processed. In this instance, a limited wine list will be available for selection at the event. Please note that this may result in a delay in service to your guests on the day. If you wish to set up an account you will be required to do so at hotel Reception.
Once your pre-order is received you will receive a Reservation Connect secure credit card link for payment of the account together with the option to set up an account for additional drinks on the night, if required.
Please note that we do not accept credit or debit cards by email or telephone. Only orders received by the deadline date and returned by email to the link above can be processed.
