Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the Scottish Motor Racing Club Annual General Meeting which will take place on Tuesday 24th March 2026 at the Stirling Court Hotel, University of Stirling, FK9 4AE.  Commencing at 19:00 the meeting will hear the Management Board’s report on the 2025 season together with presentation of the Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts which can be downloaded here;

In accordance with the Club’s Articles of Association any Member wishing to be considered for election to the Management Board of Directors must receive the written support of two other fully paid up Members which must be received by the Club no later than 7-days prior to the meeting.  Nominations may be delivered by email to info@smrc.co.uk.  Alternatively any Club Member is welcome to apply for membership of the Club’s Advisory Committee.  Again please email info@smrc.co.uk if you feel you have something to offer the Club.

Recognising the geographical spread of our membership, it will also be possible to attend the AGM online or appoint a Proxy to attend on your behalf.  Please email info@smrc.co.uk to request the remote log-in details or to submit a Proxy Notice in accordance with the Articles of Association.

Please note that only current paid-up members will be admitted to the AGM.
