Jack Eyre

Hi, I'm Jack. I'm 25 and from a small town called Bolsover, in Derbyshire, England. I'm originally from a simulator background and I am a complete novice when it comes to motorsport in the real world. I've been competing in SMRC ESports events since 2019; being a semi-finalist in 2019, the Series Champion in 2020 and 3rd place in this year's 2021 Lockdown Cup. I'm and Funeral Director in my day-to-day, and am the 3rd generation in my families' humble business. I'm looking forward to competing on real tarmac and seeing if any of the skills I have mustered in the 7 years I've been sim-racing are even remotely comparable with real life. My only claim to fame is I somehow sent it around the outside of Sandy Mitchell into the Corkscrew at Laguna Seca for the last lap overtake and win during the SMRC Lockdown Cup this year.😅

I'm looking forward to take advantage of this opportunity given to me by the SMRC. Being on a real grid has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember.
