Roger Munby -
Managing
Director

Roger's
marketing background places particular emphasis on objective setting
and client’s strategic context for research, and in presenting
research findings to meet decision needs.
His career started at Procter and Gamble, moving to Reckitt Household
products in Hull, and becoming Marketing Manager of Reckitt &
Colman’s in Sydney. He returned to the UK as Marketing Director of
Colman’s of Norwich, before taking the position of inaugural
Marketing Director of Trebor Bassett.
Roger has a BSc in Economics. He is a Fellow of
the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and Business Leader within the
Marketing Society. Locally,
he is Branch President of the CIM, and Chairman of Norwich City
Football Club. He has two sons.

Rosemary Duff -
Director

Rosemary
joined SMRC in 1994, and is responsible for child and youth research
within the company. Her work covers all aspects of children’s lives,
ranging from the Internet, TV, and magazines, via foods and drinks,
through to educational resources, sport and leisure.
She regularly writes and broadcasts on child-related subjects,
and has built up expertise within SMRC ChildWise in accessing hard-to-reach groups.
Rosemary has a degree in Economics. She started
her research career at Research International, and went on to
specialise in agricultural research at Produce Studies.
She is a Full Member of the MRS, and a member of the AQR. She
has three children, now more or less grown up.

Simon Leggett -
Associate
Director
simon.leggett@smrc.co.uk
Simon specialises in quantitative research, managing major
projects for SMRC,
including the ongoing tracking for the Department of Transport, plus
other ad hoc projects in the public and private sectors, including
Internet surveys.
He
has extensive knowledge of computer and Internet related matters,
with a background in computer games design.
Simon joined SMRC in 1998, and is an Associate
Member of the MRS.

Nicky Talbot -
Associate
Director

Nicky has
worked in research since 1989, and has experience both as a client (at
Campbell’s and at Colman’s, Norwich) and as a supplier, including
running her own agency. She is familiar with a wide range of
industries, including food and drink, horticulture, education, and
sports and leisure.
Nicky
specialises in quantitative research, with expertise in new product
development, usage audits, brand and advertising tracking, and
segmentation analysis.
Nicky joined SMRC in 2001. She has a degree in
Geography from Nottingham. She is a Full Member of the MRS, and holds
the CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing.

Tracey Worman -
Field
Director

Tracey has overall responsibility for fieldwork, and manages
our nationwide team of supervisors and field interviewers. Recently,
Tracey has been building up our network of interviewers who have been
successfully checked by the Criminal Records Bureau.
She has extensive experience within the research industry,
having previously worked client side at Colman’s of Norwich.
Tracey joined SMRC in 2001. She is an Associate
Member of the MRS and a member of the AQR.

John Bevan -
Research
Executive
john.bevan@smrc.co.uk
John
is a quantitative researcher, working primarily on public sector
projects. He is involved
in research for District Councils across the country and several local
retailers.
John joined SMRC in 2005, and is an Associate Member of the MRS.
He has a dual BA in History and Politics at Keele. He is a keen
rugby player, with a strong interest in sports of all kinds.
