Our role in consultancy is to assist clients to take the maximum benefit from data, existing or new, owned by the client or supplied by our own researchers.

This is led by, Roger Munby, our Managing Director whose corporate career includes Marketing Directorships in 3 major UK food, drink and confectionery businesses.

We use a number of basic tools to keep process and output simple, including ;

  • SWOT and PEST models

  • Boston, GEC and Ansoff Matrices

  • Regression analysis

  • Segmentation and Attribute trade off

We run workshops, speak at conferences and work with client or client customer / supplier teams, depending on commercial objectives and business needs.
